It Only takes a spark... ...To get the fire going. The idea of establishing the Portmore Missionary Preparatory School began as a spark of an idea of the Missionary Church Association, the parent organization of the Missionary Church in Jamaica. The school opened in September 1976 as a small basic school with only four classrooms and was dedicated on October 10, 1976. At this time there were only fifty students on roll and the Principal was the then Pastor of the church Rev'd Ian McSeveny. Read more... |
